Ingredients
1 rack pork back ribs
Rub:
2 tbsp ground coffee
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Sauce:
½ cup BBQ sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup

Preheat oven to 300°F. Remove membrane and coat ribs generously with coffee rub. Wrap tightly in foil and bake for 2.5–3 hours until tender.

Mix BBQ sauce and maple syrup for a simple glaze. Brush onto ribs and finish on the grill or under broiler until caramelized and slightly sticky.
