We offer local delivery in the Edmonton area, seven days a week.

We carefully package your fresh meats and order for in town deliveries.

There is a 5pm cutoff for delivery to ensure your order is carefully prepared and packed.

On the day of your delivery you will receive a notification from our logistics partner with 3 hour delivery window.

You will then also receive a 10 minute heads up and a final delivery confirmation once your order has been delivered.

Across Alberta your order is shipped frozen in a box using freezer-grade insulation to keep it cold with dry ice, and deliver it to your door safely.

Province wide shipping in Alberta is provided on scheduled days of the week.

This could be 1-7 days from the time your order is placed and relies on when our logistics provider is next in your area.

Pro tip! Our logistics provider goes to the same cities on the same days of the week, contact us to know when your area is serviced.

Once you've placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

For local delivery Edmonton orders, the email will include a summary of the items ordered, method of payment, shipping and billing details.

For province wide shipping orders you will receive your order within 1-7 days depending on when our logistics provider is in your area next.

Please check your junk or spam folders for this email if you do not see it in your inbox.

Online orders are ready for delivery or pickup in as little as 2 business days. You can select the date you would like your order prepared for in the checkout process.

You can pick up your order at the store selected during check out and noted in your order confirmation email.

If you need to cancel your order, give us a call at your local store or send an email. All changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to order pickup & delivery. Payments will not be refunded should you fail to give 24 hours notice of your order cancellation.

We want to keep your payment information and data safe. That's why we use Shopify Payments which is PCI compliant and encrypts payment data.
