
Ingredients
454g Argentinian shrimp (peeled & deveined)
8 oz. spaghetti
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic (minced)
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Juice of ½ lemon
Fresh parsley, chopped
Grated parmesan
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and chili flakes, cooking until fragrant. Toss in shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and tender.
- Add drained pasta to the pan along with a splash of reserved pasta water and lemon juice. Toss everything together until silky and coated. Finish with parsley and parmesan, then serve immediately.
