Smoked Salmon Canapes

Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 8 oz. plain cream cheese (or herb and garlic for a tasty variation)
- 8 oz. smoked coho salmon
- Fresh dill & capers to top
Instructions
- Slice the baguettes into 1/2 inch slices. Toast gently in a 350F oven for 10 minutes.
- Let the baguette slices cool. Spread cream cheese generously on each baguette slice.
- Layer a slice of cold smoked Coho salmon on top.
- Garnish with fresh dill and capers. Serve immediately.
