Smoked Salmon Canapes

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 8 oz. plain cream cheese (or herb and garlic for a tasty variation)
  • 8 oz. smoked coho salmon
  • Fresh dill & capers to top

Instructions

  1. Slice the baguettes into 1/2 inch slices. Toast gently in a 350F oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Let the baguette slices cool. Spread cream cheese generously on each baguette slice. 
  3. Layer a slice of cold smoked Coho salmon on top.
  4. Garnish with fresh dill and capers. Serve immediately.
