Alberta raised halal lamb is pastured on grasses and grain silage. Ribeye buy a smaller weight of lamb at 45-48lbs rather than the norm of 60+, the result is a mild lamb flavour with superior tenderness. Certified by Alberta Halal Monitoring and Certification Council.
