Chorizo Verde Pork Sausage

Inspired by the classic sausage in Toluca, Mexico, our Chorizo Verde features toasted morita and pascilla peppers, fresh tomatillos, coriander and cumin. The green colour is provided by the mounds of cilantro added to the mix.
