1. CONTEST SPONSOR

This contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Ribeye Butcher Shop ("Ribeye", "we", "us", or "our"), located in Alberta, Canada. For inquiries, contact us at: media@ribeyebutcher.ca

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest runs from May 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time (MT) through December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MT (the "Contest Period"). The Contest is divided into eight (8) separate monthly draw periods, each constituting its own independent draw:

Each draw period begins at 12:00 a.m. MT on the first day of the month and closes at 11:59 p.m. MT on the last day of the month. Winners for each monthly draw period will be selected within ten (10) business days following the close of that draw period.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to enter and win, you must:

Be a legal resident of the Province of Alberta, Canada;
Be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry;
Have either (a) created a new account / signed up with Ribeye Butcher Shop during the applicable monthly draw period, or (b) be an existing loyalty program member who has actively opted in to receive communications from Ribeye Butcher Shop; and
Have provided a valid email address and/or contact information at the time of entry or opt-in.

The following individuals are NOT eligible to enter:

Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Ribeye Butcher Shop;
Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members of the above;
Any person acting on behalf of an ineligible individual.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 Automatic Entry — New Sign-Ups

Any individual who creates a new Ribeye Butcher Shop account or signs up for our loyalty/communications program during a monthly draw period will automatically receive one (1) entry into that month's draw. No additional purchase is necessary.

4.2 Automatic Entry — Existing Loyalty Members

Existing loyalty program members who have opted in (or re-opted in) to receive marketing communications from Ribeye Butcher Shop prior to or during a monthly draw period will automatically receive one (1) entry into that month's draw. Members who were previously inactive but have agreed to communications will be included from the draw period in which they opted in onward.

4.3 Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To comply with Canadian contest law, no purchase is required to enter. Individuals who do not wish to sign up online may obtain a free method of entry by:

Mailing a hand-printed entry (full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address) to: Ribeye Butcher Shop — Monthly Draw, Ribeye Marketing, 1112 95 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Mail-in entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. MT on the last day of the applicable monthly draw period to be eligible. Ribeye is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed mail.

4.4 Entry Limits

Limit of one (1) entry per person, per monthly draw period, regardless of method of entry. Duplicate entries will be discarded. Entries are non-transferable.

5. PRIZES

One (1) winner will be selected per monthly draw period. Prizes are awarded as described in Section 2 above. Prize details:

Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted, except at the sole discretion of Ribeye Butcher Shop.
Ribeye Butcher Shop reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize will be disclosed upon request. ARV may vary based on product availability and seasonal pricing.
Prizes must be claimed and picked up at the Ribeye Butcher Shop location in Alberta within thirty (30) days of winner notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected.
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes received.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the applicable monthly draw period. The draw will be conducted by a representative of Ribeye Butcher Shop using a random selection method.

The selected winner will be notified by email and/or phone within ten (10) business days of the draw. If a winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if a winner fails to respond and claim their prize within the required timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Winners may be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (without mechanical or electronic assistance) as a condition of receiving their prize, as required under Canadian law.

7. CONSENT & COMMUNICATIONS

By entering the Contest (whether through new sign-up, loyalty opt-in, or alternate method of entry), entrants:

Consent to receive promotional communications, newsletters, and marketing materials from Ribeye Butcher Shop, subject to applicable anti-spam laws (Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, CASL);
Acknowledge that they may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, or by contacting us directly, without affecting their eligibility for draws in periods they have already entered; and
Agree that their name and general location (city) may be published as a winner on Ribeye Butcher Shop's website and/or social media channels.

For mail-in entrants who do not wish to receive ongoing communications: please indicate "No Communications" clearly on your entry. You will still be entered into the applicable draw.

8. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest, notifying winners, and (where consent has been provided) sending marketing communications. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Personal information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except as required to administer the Contest or as required by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws. Void where prohibited by law.
Ribeye Butcher Shop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time for any reason without notice, subject to applicable law.
Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, circumvent the rules, or commit fraud will result in immediate disqualification.
Ribeye Butcher Shop is not responsible for technical failures, network outages, lost or misdirected entries, or any other factors beyond its reasonable control.
Decisions of Ribeye Butcher Shop regarding all aspects of this Contest are final and binding.
Entrants release and hold harmless Ribeye Butcher Shop, its employees, directors, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Contest or receipt/use of any prize.
These rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

10. QUÉBEC RESIDENTS

This Contest is not open to residents of Québec.
